What we collect

• Your name and email address.
• Your DVSA driving licence number and booking reference.
• Your test centre, date and time-of-day preferences.
• An audit trail of every check we perform on your behalf.

How we use it

We use your data exclusively to query the DVSA cancellation page on your behalf and to notify you when a matching slot is found. We do not share, sell, or otherwise disclose your data to third parties.

Encryption

Your driving licence number and booking reference are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before being written to the database. The decryption key is held only in the server's environment and is never logged or transmitted.

Retention

Active searches are retained while in use. When you click "Stop this search" or your latest date passes, we cancel the recurring check immediately and stop polling on your behalf. Audit logs are retained for 90 days for diagnostic purposes.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by replying to your confirmation email. Because we generate one search per submission and store nothing beyond what you provide, deletion is straightforward.
